1. Create Account

By creating an account on timeanddate.com, you agree that:

2. Delete Account

If you no longer wish to have an account, you can delete it in your account details. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must delete the account. Continued use indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access immediately and without prior notice.

We may terminate your account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.

4. Use of Material on timeanddate.com

Use of material on timeanddate.com is for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You acknowledge that, as between the site and you, timeanddate.com is the sole owner of all content on the site, including, without limitation, all applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights thereto, as well as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and other material appearing on timeanddate.com. This does not include content, such as logos or images, uploaded by the user to our pages.

In no case shall timeanddate.com's aggregate liability exceed paid service fees.

You explicitly acknowledge that data may be incorrect for politically disputed jurisdictions. timeanddate.com strives to have a neutral opinion in these cases. However, timeanddate.com does not warrant adopting a specific opinion.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(a) The laws of the Kingdom of Norway (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to this agreement and the transactions it contemplates, including, without limitation, its interpretation, construction, validity, performance (including the details of performance), and enforcement.

(b) A party bringing a legal action or proceeding against the other party arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates must bring the legal action or proceeding in any court of the Kingdom of Norway. Each party to this agreement consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Norway and its appellate courts, for the purpose of all legal actions and proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates.

Should any provision of this agreement be invalid, that provision will be removed from the agreement without affecting the rest of the terms and conditions of use. All remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
