Blue Moon on July 31, 2015

The night skies will be graced by a special full Moon on Friday, July 31, 2015 - a Blue Moon. Despite the name, the Moon will probably not turn blue. Instead, Friday's full Moon will be the second full Moon to take place in July. Two full Moons in the same calendar month happen only once every two to three years.
