Fun Holidays are all the trivial, wacky, strange, and odd holidays people celebrate around the world. Most of these are unofficial holidays, and are not considered days off.

Not likely. These are unofficial holidays, which means that employers are under no obligation to give you a day off to celebrate them.

We have strict criteria of including a Fun Holiday to our list—the holiday must be extensively observed in a country or region for a number of years.

If your Fun Holiday is only celebrated among a small group, we will not be able to add it to our list.

Depends on what the holiday is about, but send us an email with details and we'll be happy to consider it.

Unfortunately, not at this time. We are working on developing the functionality that will allow you to add Fun Holidays to our Customized Calendars and the PDF Calendars.

Since many Fun Holidays are unofficial holidays, their dates can change without much warning. Because of this, we spend countless research hours making sure that you get the right information and the right dates to celebrate your favorite fun holiday. This is why we only have dates for the current year.
